The Yerevan Mall always remaining loyal to its ''Always in action'' motto keeps performing innovative and customer care improvement program. The mall has customer's loyalty program – Club Card, which gives the opportunity of collecting points by each purchase made at the mall. Having gathered some amount of points one may exchange his points with discounts, special offers and gifts or to take part in the lottery being held among the club members.
To be close to the customers and to inform them about the latest news in 2015 the Yerevan Mall launched its mobile application for iOS and Android platforms. Via Yerevan Mall application the customers can get informed about sales, special offers at the mall, buy cinema tickets online, attach the Club Card to application and so on.
The Yerevan Mall is going to set interactive terminals and maps for people about the mall which will facilitate the process of finding their way at the mall and finding the needed information more quickly.
